This four-storey residential development by Bradwell Constructions comprises 39 modern 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Aircon Masters was engaged by Bradwell Constructions to complete the air conditioning and mechanical ventilation works across the development.
The air conditioning solution included ActronAir multi-head bulkhead systems, with 2.6kW, 5.2kW and 7.1kW indoor unit combinations selected to suit the individual apartment layouts and comfort requirements. Each room was fitted with a WC-02 wall control, providing convenient operation for residents across the two and three-bedroom apartment designs.
Our scope also included mechanical ventilation to toilets, laundries and kitchens, delivered in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
In addition to the apartment ventilation works, Aircon Masters completed the car park ventilation system, including exhaust fans, associated controls, commissioning works and ventilation to the MSSB room and fire pump room.
