Aircon Masters has been engaged to complete the air conditioning installation works across the project, with each home to be fitted with an ActronAir 10kW Aspire ducted system.
Each system will include a WC-03 wall control and zoning configured across five or six zones, depending on the individual home design, providing practical comfort control across the two-storey layouts.
Aircon Masters is also providing an ActronAir VRF air conditioning solution for the gym and communal areas, supporting comfort across Wellbrook’s shared AClub amenities and lifestyle spaces.
The ActronAir Aspire range is a space-saving, cost-effective ducted air conditioning solution, well suited to townhouse projects where performance, value and efficient use of space are important.
