The Terraces, Mango Hill is a residential townhouse development comprising 53 two and three-storey residences within the Capestone precinct.
Aircon Masters was engaged to complete the air conditioning and mechanical ventilation works across the project, installing a combination of 10kW and 13kW ActronAir Classic ducted systems to suit the different townhouse design types.
Each ducted system was installed with two ActronAir LR-7 digital wall controls for convenient control across the multi-level layouts, with zoning configured across four, five or six zones depending on the individual home design.
Our scope also included mechanical ventilation to bathrooms, powder rooms, ensuites and laundries, delivered in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
