Seasons is a luxury gated community comprising 68 two-storey terrace homes and set within Brookwater’s exclusive Dress Circle.
Aircon Masters was engaged to complete the air conditioning design and installation works across the project, installing a combination of 10kW, 13kW and 15kW ActronAir Classic ducted systems to suit the individual townhouse layouts and comfort requirements.
Each ducted system was configured with two ActronAir LR7 wall controls to suit the two-storey layouts, with zoning designed across five or six zones to provide flexible comfort control throughout the homes.
Our scope also included air conditioning to the communal gym within the A Club facilities, where an ActronAir cassette system was installed to provide comfort to the shared amenity space.
