Aircon Masters has been engaged to complete the air conditioning installation works across the project, installing a combination of 10kW and 15kW ActronAir AIRES ducted systems to suit the individual townhouse layouts and comfort requirements.
Each townhouse will be fitted with two ActronAir L Series wall controls, providing convenient control across the multi-level layouts, with each system configured across five or six zones for flexible whole-home comfort.
Aircon Masters will also be delivering solutions for the communal areas, pool pump room and caretakers space.
The ActronAir AIRES ducted range is designed as an energy-efficient ducted air conditioning solution for Australian homes, with ActronAir’s ducted systems offering zoning capability and control options to support personalised comfort across multiple rooms.
