Aircon Masters was engaged to complete the air conditioning design and installation for Dawn Edition by Azure Developments, a residential gated community located at 1 Citron Crescent, Helensvale.
The project comprised 54 two-storey terrace townhouses and we selected ActronAir 10kW Classic ducted systems.
Each townhouse was designed with five individual zones, providing flexible comfort control across the home and to suit the two-storey layouts, each system was installed with LR7-1W wall controls located upstairs and downstairs.
We delivered the installation works across the development with a focus on practical design, reliable performance and a clean finish suitable for a modern residential community.
