Comprising of 54 two-storey terrace homes, Dawn Edition by Azure Developments is a gated residential community located at 1 Citron Crescent, Helensvale. Aircon Masters was engaged to complete the air conditioning and mechanical ventilation design and installation works across the development.
For this project, we installed ActronAir 10kW Classic ducted systems, providing a proven and dependable whole-home air conditioning solution suited to the two-storey terrace layouts.
Each 4 bedroom townhouse was configured with five individual zones, allowing flexible comfort control throughout the home. To support convenient operation across both levels, each system was also installed with LR7-1W wall controls upstairs and downstairs.
In addition to the ducted air conditioning systems, Aircon Masters also supplied and installed mechanical ventilation to bathrooms, powder rooms, ensuites and laundries.
